CLAUSE NINETEENTH: The administrative and operational management of the Association will be entrusted to the Board of Directors, and the Supervision and control of said management will correspond to the Comptroller's Committee.

TWENTIETH CLAUSE: The members of the Board of Directors and the Comptroller's Committee will be appointed by the General Assembly of Associates. They will last (2) two years in the exercise of their functions, but will continue in their positions until their replacement by the Assembly.
